4.5 The compression degree of the scraper at the end of the granulator should not be too tight, otherwise the steel belt will be scratched or torn. The tightness of the steel belt should not be too tight, otherwise the steel belt will deform plastically under tension, reducing the service life.
4.6 When the steel belt deviates, it is necessary to fine-tune the positioning screw in time, and adjust it while turning, and do not stop to adjust or adjust greatly.
4.7 Before opening the granulator, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is any foreign matter in the steel belt, otherwise it will squeeze the steel belt and cause stress concentration. It is necessary to clean up the dust on the water tank, head, tail, frame and steel belt of the granulator in time to ensure that the working environment of the granulator is hygienic and clean.
